Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HER+ garment tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
